Return Process

    Keep your receipt or order confirmation number and be prepared to provide photos of any damaged items or incorrect packaging.

    Our management team will review your request to determine if a replacement, store credit, or full refund is appropriate.

    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, or a replacement will be prepared for pickup.
